Kirk Schuler

Kirk is a partner with the Trial Group in Des Moines, and practices across the country with Dorsey’s Government Enforcement & Corporation Investigations group. He was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Districts of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Central District of Illinois before joining Dorsey. RJ has tried over 50 cases to jury verdict in federal court as lead trial counsel in both civil and criminal cases, including patent infringement, trade secrets, contract, and civil and criminal fraud cases.

With over 18 years of experience as a federal white collar prosecutor and Department of Justice leader, and over 20 years of leadership experience as a Marine Corps Officer, John has a sophisticated and deep understanding of government agencies and investigations and extensive experience leading through crises.

Caitlin Hull

As an associate in Dorsey’s Trial Group, Caitlin utilizes strategic, creative thinking to represent clients in a variety of complex business cases and commercial disputes, including matters before both state and federal courts. She believes that communication is key to efficiently and effectively resolving disputes. In addition, Caitlin is committed to an active pro bono practice.

Eric Weisenburger

Eric is a trial associate in Dorsey’s office in Minneapolis. He represents clients in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation and government contracting matters. His government contracting practice includes helping clients navigate the Federal Acquisition Regulations, False Claims Act, and claims against the United States.
